摘要介绍了基于离子聚合物金属复合结构(IPMC)的柔性致动器的制备方法和关键技术，分析了致动机理。

开发了基于H桥电路执行机构的电动机驱动电路和基于PID的控制程序。

在此基础上分别给出了直线音圈电机和旋转音圈电机的选型计算方法，并对音圈电机的应用场合进行了详细介绍。

可提供杆柄、链条、齿轮、电动、气动或液动执行机构（参阅第14页）。

摘要以制动气室推出力－行程试验数据为基础，建立了气室推杆力与行程的计算模型，根据试验数据提出了鼓式制动器的促动变形特性的计算公式，用试验方法解决了制动器推杆总行程过大的生产实际问题。
