第二十一条保险公司在收到国家外汇局有关投资付汇额度的核准文件后，应当持核准文件，与境内托管人签订托管协议，并开立境内托管账户。

第三十四条境内机构投资者应当在托管人处开立托管账户，托管基金、集合计划的全部资产。

境内托管人应当在境外托管代理人处，开设保险外汇资金的境外外汇资金运用结算账户和证券托管账户，用于与境外证券登记结算机构之间的资金结算业务和证券托管业务。
