Fehling test
检还原糖的试验。检尿糖。加Fehling液于被测试尿液中，加热，如有糖存在时出现一红色沉淀为氧化亚铜。其原理是用硫酸铜处理糖的碱性溶液时，还原糖能使Cu++还原。
