type 3 innate lymphoid cells, ILC3s
三型固有淋巴细胞（type 3 innate lymphoid cells, ILC3s）是近年发现的固有免疫细胞，主要位于粘膜组织。ILC3s可通过产生IL-22促进上皮细胞增殖和修复，因而在肠道、皮肤等粘膜组织稳态维持方面发挥关键作用。过去的研究表明在组织损伤过程中，ILC3s能被细胞因子、微生物代谢产物、神经元信号分子等活化，但一直不清楚ILC3s是否可直接识别组织/细胞损伤。
