【法】 防止虐待

纽约美国防止虐待动物协会副主席盖尔·布什瓦尔德说：“黑猫因为皮毛颜色已经很倒霉了，为什么还要减少他们被领养的机会？”

猫福利协会与防止虐待动物协会也已联手悬赏2000新加坡币（1277美元），准备赏给任何能协助逮捕这名罪犯的人。

这个法表扬阻止虐待和区别动物作为一个人最高的道德价值，动物实验是不可想象的，但人的试验是可以接受。
