校准曲线

通过对测定过程中的各种不确定度分析，得到了测定结果的不确定度主要由测量的重复性、工作曲线和标准溶液引入的不确定度组成，其他方面引入的不确定度较小，在实际评定中可以忽略。

实验中对Fe + 邻二氮菲溶液体系的吸收谱进行了测试 ,做出了相应的工作曲线。

果　标准内毒素使用 0 0、0 0 0、0 0 0 0ZU·L-,将头孢他啶制备成浓度为 g·L-,样品中定量添加标准内毒素 ,回收率均为 0 %～ 0 0 % ,无干扰作用 ,可用于有效的日常检查。
