畏光，羞明对光线不正常敏感或无法忍受，尤指由眼引起的，可能是由眼炎、眼球虹彩中缺少色素或其它疾病而引起的

典型的临床表现为乳头及乳晕上有疣状增厚及棕色斑块。

白化病人体、动物或植物先天性缺乏正常的色素沉淀或染色
