属性值

方法获取指定名称所对应的属性值。

方法的作用是：通过命名空间URI和名称获取属性值。

该方案有如下特点：只有持有特定属性证书的接收者才能打开与其属性值相对应的消息，而接收者不需要向发送者提供任何证书。

方法的作用是：改变现有属性值，或创建一个新属性/元素的属性值。
