紫癜的

摘要一位罹患恶性淋巴瘤、泌尿道感染及两侧肺炎合并急性呼吸衰竭的七十八岁妇女，在右胸出现两处紫斑及肚脐周围各有一处紫色丘疹及紫色斑块。

其初期的病灶为紫斑性丘疹，进而形成表浅之溃疡，而后形成不规则状萎缩性疤痕。
