第十条不动产登记，由不动产所在地的登记机构办理。

他的动产价值不菲。

在货物或其他动产的保险单中，不存在该货物或动产适航的默示保证。

在货物或其他动产的航次保险单中，存在着一项默示保证：在船舶航次开始当时，不仅船舶本身适航，而且船舶还合理适宜运送货物或其他动产至保险单预定的目的地。

前款规定的债务人或者第三人为出质人，债权人为质权人，移交的动产为质物。
