【经】 不接受, 不兑现, 拒绝承兑

第六十六条持票人应当自收到被拒绝承兑或者被拒绝付款的有关证明之日起三日内，将被拒绝事由书面通知其前手；其前手应当自收到通知之日起三日内书面通知其再前手。

受益人给开证行的证明，确认是否接受该信用证下的修改.

如果委托人指定一名代表作为在发生不付款和（或）不承兑时的预备人，托收指示中应清楚地、详尽地指明该预备人的权限。

背书人在汇票得不到承兑或者付款时，应当向持票人清偿本法第七十条、第七十一条规定的金额和费用。

（三）取得有关拒绝证明和发出通知书的费用。
