I attempt to proceed with legal question that the fictitious property of network produces, the property nature behind ge笔者试图从网络虚拟财产产生的法律问题入手，把握住网络虚拟财产背后的财产性质，确认了其物权的本质属性，分析目前我国法律制度对虚拟财产进行保护的必要性，制定出与此相适应的法律保护模式。
