此外，更应加强口腔清洁维护的指导，并要求病患定期牙科回诊，以减少日后牙科治疗的需求。

曾有报告指出个别个案出现急性心肌梗塞及其并发症，例如脑梗塞、心危管瘤及心室中隔厂破裂。
