文摘:目的：观察造血干细胞移植中应用肠外营养支持以补充口服营养不足的疗效。

结论：肠外营养支持加口服饮食是造血干细胞移植中迅速改善病人的营养状况、顺利度过骨髓空虚期、促进骨髓造血重建、确保移植成功的重要措施。

方法：对10例造血干细胞移植病人于移植后第2天开始给予肠外营养支持治疗，并观察临床症状改善、体重及血清白蛋白增加、骨髓造血恢复等情况。
