吉之美采用英国进口加热管，其材质选择及表面与结构设计可使加热管上的水垢在适当条件下自动脱落。

该机采用电热管加温，自动控制，在风机的作用下使热炽空气在过道中均匀喷出，通过的瓶子胶膜立即收缩，达到缩合封口的作用。
