第三十九条破产程序终结后，由清算组向破产企业原登记机关办理注销登记。

申请注销登记应当提交公司法定代表人签署的注销登记申请书和分公司的《营业执照》。

为了节省我们以前已支付的增值税，在提交绝大部分销售发票之前，我们需要提出取消登记许可。
