The tenant may bring an action in a court of appropriate jurisdiction including, but not limited to, Small Claims Court 房客可在拥有适当司法管辖权的法院（包括但不限于小额赔偿法院）提起诉讼，追索「房租稳定法」151.06.02(G)号法令规定应付的款项。
