10对于解决在装运港对逾期费和速遣费索赔,双方应在由船长或其代理在装运港签发的实际NOR及事实描述确定的装船日期后的七个工作日内将装卸时间单制作完毕。

9双方认可的来往传真、电报、会议纪要等，均为合同的组成部分，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

工作总进度和月工作计划应在卖方技术人员到达工作现场后由双方的现场代表协商一致拟定。

业主十五分钟后会到公司。然后双方签订一份临时租约。

本合同所有更正、补充和修改的条款和条件均应采用书面形式，由双方授权的代表签字后达成协议,此外他们应将此合同整体部分做成表格,其具有合同本身的同等效力.
