48例（32%）病人施行了肿瘤全切除，65例（43%）病人接受了肿瘤次全切除，37例（25%）施行肿瘤部分切除。

方法对20例第Ⅳ脑室内肿瘤均采取枕下正中开颅，经扁桃体下小脑延髓裂入路，显微镜下切除第Ⅳ脑室内肿瘤。

结果肿瘤全切除7例，近全切除1例，大部切除1例。
