目的分析宝鸡市水资源开发利用中存在的问题,为今后水资源的可持续利用提供参考依据.方法从影响宝鸡市水资源可持续利用的制约性因素入手,系统分析了在水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题:水资源利用率低,浪费严重;地下水开采过度,水位持续下降;水污染严重,水质明显恶化;水资源管理体制不健全,水利工程设施老化严重.结果提出了相关的解决对策:全面推行节约用水,建立节水型的社会;完善水资源有偿使用制度,实现水资源的产业化管理;强化水资源保护意识,严格控制地下水开采;加大资金投入力度,提高水利工程的调蓄防洪能力;加强水资源网络
