利用声学显微镜对双层可焊接陶瓷刀具材料进行研究，对双层材料界面及影响材料品质一致性的因素进行了分析，发现了两种材料在界面结合处分布不均匀及成块状分布等现象，并提出了改进材料设计的思路。
