摘要针对时代发展的需要，结合图书馆员的工作实际，阐明了高校图书馆员职业道德和专业知识继续教育的主要内容，提出了道德培养、岗位培训、在职培训、专题培训和技能培训等加强继续教育的途径，以及加强管理考核、开展技能竞赛和建立激励机制等保证性措施。
