Objective:To explore the anabolic effect of intermittently adminstrated PTH on rat osteoblast cells(ROBs).

方法:大鼠成骨细胞(ROBs)分为两组培养:①对照组,在每个培养周期(24h)中均不加PTH;②PTH间歇刺激组,仅在前6h的培养液中加PTH。
