方法选择ACS患者共55例,其中非ST段抬高ACS(NSTEMI/UA)组29例,ST段抬高ACS(STEMI)组26例,正常对照组30例作为研究对象,采用分光光度计法检测所有入选者的血清AOPP浓度,抗戚蓝蛋白晚期糖基化终末产物抗体竞争酶联免疫吸附测定法测定血清AGE水平,并记录4周内所有患者的病情转归情况。
