Methods Serum TGFβ1 and TIMP-1 were detected by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay and serum HA,LN,PⅢNP were detected by radioimmunoassay in 40 CHB patients and 12 healthy persons. Liver biopsies were performed on the 40 patients.

方法采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测40例慢性乙型肝炎患者和12名健康体检者血清TGFβ1、TIMP-1水平,RIA检测血清HA,LN、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(P．Ⅲ NP)水平,40例患者全部进行肝活组织检查,分析TGFβ1、TIMP-1与肝组织纤维化程度分期和炎症活动度分级的关系以及五项指标之间的相关性。
