兹经双方同意，只有在被保险人将工棚、库房落址在工地周围高于最近20年记载中最高水位的地方，并且每一工棚、库房或间隔50米，或由防火墙分隔的情况下，本公司对被保险人因火灾、洪水直接或间接造成工棚、库房的损失和由此产生的责任负责赔偿。
