基于国内外对气候条件和营养盐条件对藻类生长速率影响研究成果基础上，采用机理分析和实际案例分析相结合的方法，重点探讨了以流速为表徵要素的水动力条件对藻类生长速率的影响特点，并且以三峡库区支流大宁河为例，初步建立了流速对藻类生长速率影响规律的经验关系式，为预测三峡库区富营养化演变态势提供基础，进而为有效防治富营养化提供技术支撑。
