Results The rate of HbeAg and HBV DNA negative transformation was higher in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Decrease of AST and ALT was significant in group Ⅲ than in group Ⅱ. This was also true for group Ⅰ.

结果Ⅲ组治疗后乙型肝炎病毒e抗原 (HBeAg)和乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸 (HBV DNA)阴转率高于Ⅰ组或Ⅱ组 ,Ⅲ组降低丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)的作用强于Ⅱ组 ,Ⅰ组降低ALT和AST的作用也强于Ⅱ组。
