According to statistic &analysis on research topic guide &research topic catalogue information etc worked out by the General Country Layout Education &Science Office, Beijing Philosophy &Social Science Plan Office during the Ninth-Fiveand the Tenth-Five,
根据对“九五”、“十五”期间全国教育科学规划领导小组办公室所制定的课题指南和批准立项的课题目录等资料的粗略统计与分析，发现了近十年来学校德育研究的重点、热点和规律以及存在的问题，对于未来德育研究提出如下建议：德育理论研究需要进一步加强；德育研究对象要包括全体未成年人；在德育的途径和方法上还要继续探索和创新；德育内容的研究要注意关注德育实践层面的新问题而有数开展；德育研究队伍要优化组合。
