摘要结合山东省南水北调济平干渠工程衬砌试验段施工情况，着重从地基处理、垫层料铺设、混凝土原材料质量、混凝土浇筑、成型混凝土割缝及养护几个方面分析了机械化衬砌混凝土板裂缝产生的主要原因，并针对性地提出了预防及控制措施。
