“工程”一词应指由开发管理人和分包商根据本合同的规定和书面授权书执行的工程、设计（包括但不限于初步设计、扩初设计以及深化设计图和施工图的准备）、施工（包括但不限于前期工作、现场布局、回填土工程、次结构工程、市政工程、地上工程、安装和测试）及施工管理服务，该等服务可根据本合同的规定被不时修订，并包括所有的设计、图纸、计划、手段、方法、技术、工序和程序以及，除非合同中有相反规定，所有的材料工具、设施、工人、设备服务、执照、许可证、测试、保证、担保、交通以及其他为圆满执行本合同所需要的各种物品和设施。
