文摘:为了观察米索前列醇在产程中的效果，作者对200例足月妊娠产妇，使用与不使用米索前列醇阴道后穹窿给药助产，进行了回顾性分析，结果表明：米索前列醇能促进宫颈成熟，诱发和增强宫缩，缩短产程，减少出血，值得临床推广应用。
