According to the etiology of macular hole, we divided these patients into 4 categories as following: 18 idiopathic, 2 tramatic, 2 post-ocular Surgery, and 1 following intraocular inflammation.

又黄斑裂孔合并网膜剥离9例，其他为单纯黄斑裂孔，且特别有1例左眼黄斑裂孔，在门诊追踪检查期间，右眼亦发生黄斑裂孔。
