以设计图纸、设备安装资料及设计修改通知单和监理通知单为依据，按规程规范的要求，以不影响工程进度为原则，由主管工程师对施工班组进行技术交底，利用经纬仪、水准仪和卷尺等测量工具放点定位进行基础及预埋件预埋并做好预埋记录。
