文摘:针对电站锅炉用大型截止阀体的制造新工艺—“剪切挤压”，利用数值模拟的方法对剪挤工艺进行研究，得到了成形过程中速度、应力、应变及温度场等的分布及金属流动规律，并通过物理模拟实验进行了验证，进而为获得阀体剪挤制造的最佳成形工艺参数提供可靠依据。
