[Conclusions]The content of CYP0 tented to decrease in the formation process of rat primary carcinoma of liver induced by DAB.DAB could not induce the activity of ANDM,but it could induce to increase the active level of GST.

DAB诱导的原发性大鼠肝癌形成过程中肝脏的 CYP 0的含量有下降的趋势 ,DAB不能诱导 ANDM活性 ,但能诱导增强 GST的活性水平。
