第十六条特许经营合同终止后，原被特许人未经特许人同意不得继续使用特许人的注册商标、商号或者其它标志，不得将特许人的注册商标申请注册为相似类别的商品或者服务商标，不得将与特许人注册商标相同或近似的文字申请登记为企业名称中的商号，不得将与特许人的注册商标、商号或门店装潢相同或近似的标志用于相同或类似的商品或服务中。
