摘要本文基于神经网络技术，在目前我国证券市场正在进行股权分置改革的背景下，对我国上市公司非流通股股东对流通股股东的对价比例及其影响因素进行了实证分析和探讨，利用第一批股权分置改革试点的上市公司作为样本，来设计建立的BP神经网络，预测其他上市公司的非流通股的对价比例，并运用干扰法来测试各个影响因子影响其对价比例的权重。
