对宁蒙（下河沿－头道拐）、龙三（龙门－三门峡）和下游3个重要河段的河道生态需水量、环境需水量计算方法及生态需水量、环境需水量耦合等问题进行了研究，提出了黄河干流10个重要水文断面的适宜生态环境水量和最小生态环境水量。
