方法:用逆转录—聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分别检测8例轻型斑秃、12例重型斑秃(肝肾不足型)患者及10例正常人外周血单一核细胞(PBMC)经PHA刺激后Th1型细胞因子(IFN-γ、IL-12)、Th2型细胞因子IL-10及转录因子T-betmRNA的表达水平。
