目的对老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并骨质疏松(osteoprosis,OP)患者血胰岛素(insulin,INS)与骨钙素(osteocalcin,OC或Bone Gla Protein,BGP)及甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)等进行研究,探讨它们在老年T2DM合并OP发病机理中的作用。
