研究了一类单阶段混合制造系统的建模、分析与调度问题,这类系统既包含离散事件动态,也包含连续时间动态,前者用排队网络描述,后者用微分方程描述.不仅考虑了A这类系统的最优控制问题,而且考虑了工件进入生产线的最优时间,并用一个复杂的优化模型描述,同时给出了一个两层优化方法,内层给出对给定工件序列的最优控制,而外层用一改进的遗传算法求解工件进入生产线的最优时间序列.若干仿真实例说明了算法的有效性.
