详细说明：是以蔗糖做底物，采用β－呋喃果糖苷酶转果糖基作用，在蔗糖分子上以β（1→2）糖苷键上与1-3个果糖分子结合，形成的蔗果三糖（GF2）、蔗果四糖（GF3）、蔗果五糖（GF4）属于果糖和蔗糖构成的直链杂低聚糖，在形成的产物中还有果糖、葡萄糖和未反应完全的底物蔗糖，采用色谱法除去单糖和双糖制得高纯度的低聚果糖。
